Deliver personalized client service in-person and by phone, holding financial conversations to identify needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Open and maintain consumer and business deposit products, retirement accounts, CDs, and process consumer loan and credit card requests. Perform Teller transactions accurately, build relationships through proactive outreach, and identify referral opportunities using 360 View. Stay current on regulatory requirements and support compliance with bank policies and procedures.
