Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and participate in system integration and test campaigns by developing test plans, procedures, and schedules and coordinating resources, test equipment, and facilities.
  • •Lead test readiness reviews (TRRs) and participate in manufacturing readiness reviews (MRRs) for flight hardware.
  • •Develop, document, and continuously improve manufacturing, assembly, and integration processes for PCBAs and box-level assemblies and space vehicles to ensure compliance with space-grade standards.
  • •Perform hands-on hardware and software testing at unit-level and system level.
  • •Conduct root cause analyses (RCA) for integration/test non-conformances and drive corrective actions, while specifying and maintaining integration tools, fixtures, and equipment.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in aerospace/aviation/military or other high-reliability industries, including 2+ years in hands-on integration and test of flight or comparably high-reliability hardware.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another technical discipline.
  • •Working cross-disciplinary understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering, including interpreting mechanical drawings and GD&T and electrical schematics, troubleshooting both domains, and partnering with design engineers on DFM/DFA.
  • •Hands-on integration/assembly/environmental testing experience with direct involvement in at least 2 of: vibration, thermal vacuum, acoustic, shock, or EMI/EMC.
  • •Experience using test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, network analyzers, power supplies, electronic loads, DAQs) and working with MES/ERP/MRP and manufacturing process controls/quality improvement methodologies.
