Job Summary

Lead CNS’s regional sales organization across UAE key verticals (Government, BFSI, Healthcare, Oil & Gas, Transportation, and Education). Own multi-year sales strategy and drive YoY growth, pipeline development, and execution of complex $10M+ technology transformation deals. Manage a 10+ sales-team, set KPIs and incentives, direct account and lifecycle planning, and align with Marketing, Finance, Legal, and technical/pre-sales leaders to deliver profitable revenue and retention.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute a multi-year sales strategy aligned to the technology roadmap and transformation goals.
•Drive YoY revenue growth and ensure quarterly/annual sales targets, focusing on margin improvement and deal profitability.
•Build and manage a forward-looking sales pipeline, including whitespace mapping and new client acquisition.
•Lead, coach, and develop the sales organization (10+ professionals), including KPIs, cadence, incentive plans, and succession/capability programs.
•Own the full sales cycle and govern sales processes (including forecasting, CRM hygiene, bid/contract governance) for complex $10M+ deals.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15 years’ experience in enterprise B2B sales in the ICT, IT services, or systems integration industry.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior sales leadership role, including leading sales teams of 10+ professionals.
•Proven GCC regional experience with preferably UAE market exposure.
•Strong experience selling technology solutions and digital transformation services to public sector and BFSI clients.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
