  • •Identify, qualify, and shape new Federal Civilian business opportunities aligned with company objectives.
  • •Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders across Federal Civilian agencies.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of experience in business development, capture, or opportunity shaping within the Federal Civilian and/or Intelligence community.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent additional years of experience.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes, government contracting, and the competitive landscape.
  • •Ability to build relationships, develop strategies, and drive opportunities independently and as part of a team.
