Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex calendars, schedule changes, meeting requests, conference calls, and travel for multiple senior leaders.
  • •Coordinate leadership team routines including agendas, meeting materials, pre-reads, follow-ups, action items, and meeting minutes.
  • •Prepare and format correspondence, presentations, reports, and meeting packages with high accuracy and polish.
  • •Support large colleague meetings, leadership forums, offsites, receptions, and other events involving senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • •Track expenses accurately and submit expense reports with appropriate documentation.
