Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize each client’s use of their line of credit as a floor plan subject matter expert across the assigned portfolio.
  • •Engage with clients in person or virtually, collaborate with internal partners, and drive revenue while maximizing profitability through account management and risk mitigation.
  • •Educate clients on desired behaviors, self-service options, and best practices, and coach them to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • •Collect and analyze client financial information and internal reports/dashboards to assess and monitor dealer performance and address issues to drive growth and manage risk.
  • •Support Risk and Recovery with pre-default risk mitigation and post-default collection efforts, and document client interactions in Salesforce.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years’ experience in a related field (finance, client-facing B2B, account management and/or collections).
  • •Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain strong time management skills.
  • •Strong financial acumen with working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology.
  • •Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to negotiate and collect.
  • •Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Salesforce.
