Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage front-end manufacturing related trainings, including collecting current technology knowledge across Micron’s network and conducting training for new hires.
  • •Integrate foreign hires and address their specific needs to support successful onboarding.
  • •Collaborate with multi-functional teams and partners to identify skill gaps and ensure training materials are sufficient, supplementing or creating materials as needed.
  • •Supervise and evaluate training program efficiency by tracking training status and making data-driven adjustments.
  • •Mentor and support engineers in career growth while promoting continuous learning and development plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in a training system and able to apply it to sustain routine training, including schedule adjustments, creating courses/programs, and generating training reports.
  • •Great understanding of training requirements, with ability to adjust training timelines when needed.
  • •Comprehend training roadmaps by functional area and analyze training loading across years and by GJS, verifying equivalent trainings.
  • •Proficient in assessing skill gaps and identifying development needs, including building personalized development plans.
  • •Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus understanding of change management principles for new learning initiatives.
