Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Provide evidence-based behavioral health services as a BCBA/BCaBA, including conducting assessments for children with autism and developmental disabilities and developing individualized intervention plans. Deliver one-on-one therapy and support families, while supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and stay current on research and best practices.
