Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement).
  • •Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and best practices, ensuring consistent application of Agile frameworks.
  • •Remove impediments and resolve issues affecting team productivity and delivery commitments while monitoring progress and delivery metrics.
  • •Support end-to-end value stream delivery by identifying bottlenecks, optimizing process flow, and tracking flow metrics (cycle time, throughput, WIP).
  • •Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain/prioritize the product backlog, provide delivery visibility, and foster a collaborative team environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience expected as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery across cross-functional teams.
  • •Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum practices, Lean methodologies, and Value Stream Management.
  • •Ability to remove impediments and resolve issues impacting delivery commitments.
  • •Knowledge of tracking delivery metrics such as velocity, capacity planning, and sprint progress.
