Key Responsibilities

•Lead Operational Excellence & Process Improvement by embedding lean principles into leadership frameworks and shaping long-term operational strategies.
•Coach, influence and manage leadership behavioral change according to Lean principles to sustain improvements.
•Coordinate and drive local implementation of Lean Business System elements, including process standardization, daily management, Lean Academy and Kaizen activities.
•Take ownership of local implementation activities using defined tools and methodologies and coordinate resources with BU management.
•Collaborate with regional/global leadership to align LBS strategies with business objectives and drive sustained business benefits.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (min)
•7-14 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Lean or Continuous Improvement projects, preferably in container terminal operations
•Experience delivering Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and managing change across leadership levels
•Lean/Six Sigma and/or Project Management certification (preferred)
•Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching and collaboration skills to influence senior leaders and drive results
