Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and HR stakeholders to conduct discovery, translate needs into requirements, and recommend system solutions.
  • •Lead end-to-end project delivery for HR system implementations and enhancements, including requirements, solution design, UAT planning/execution, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.
  • •Create and own test plans/test scripts/defect tracking and coordinate cross-functional testers to ensure quality before releases.
  • •Administer, configure, and support HR systems day-to-day (including ServiceNow HRSD and Ashby), resolving production issues and delivering enhancements.
  • •Triage and manage the support queue by troubleshooting issues, researching root causes, routing escalations, and communicating resolution timelines.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 118,000 - 155,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of hands-on business systems analyst experience in HR technology, including discovery, requirements documentation, testing, and deployment ownership.
  • •Experience supporting system implementations in a high-growth, global environment.
  • •Proven ability to lead UAT and regression testing, including writing test scripts, organizing testers, tracking defects, and driving resolution.
  • •Experience with cutover planning, go-live coordination, and hypercare support for system implementations or major releases.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
