Job Summary

Lead complex remediation programs for Oil and Gas clients across upstream, midstream, and downstream assets, driving performance against client satisfaction and KPIs. Own program delivery and project oversight, partner with governance and risk leaders to address issues proactively, and advance adoption of digital tools. Provide people leadership for remediation professionals, develop succession plans, and collaborate with account and business line leaders on budgets, capture strategies, and profitable backlog growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive program performance to meet/exceed client satisfaction and KPIs, and exceed internal KPI targets.
•Interact with governance and risk leadership to proactively identify and address service issues.
•Directly manage projects and participate in major program/project dashboard reviews to improve performance.
•Act as direct supervisor for a team of remediation professionals, including succession planning and recruiting input.
•Collaborate with client account managers and environmental business line leadership to grow profitable backlog and financial success, including budgets and capture strategies.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field AND 10 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency), including 2 years in leadership positions.

•Master’s degree in environmental engineering, geoscience, or related discipline (preferred).
•P.G. or P.E. licensed in California or Colorado, or Texas (preferred).
