Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general to complex automotive repairs across all makes and models, including timing belts and suspension systems.
  • •Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
  • •Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles, and vehicle climate control systems (ACs and heater cores).
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana’s high-tech Inspection Centers to support vehicle reconditioning.
  • •Work mandatory overtime when required based on business needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
  • •At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license (some roles may require an MVR check).
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment and sometimes in excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
  • •Ability to use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective gear.
