Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead current-state assessments across data governance, ownership, operating models, and the end-to-end data journey.
  • •Assess AI use cases to identify data requirements, dependencies, governance considerations, and business value opportunities.
  • •Identify governance and operating model gaps and translate findings into practical requirements and recommendations.
  • •Collaborate with business, data, and technology stakeholders to define ownership, accountabilities, controls, and decision-making processes.
  • •Use approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows to accelerate analysis while maintaining human review, governance, and audit trails.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience delivering data governance initiatives within banking or financial services.
  • •Experience assessing and designing data operating models, including ownership, accountability, and governance structures.
  • •Strong business analysis skills to turn complex findings into clear requirements and actionable recommendations.
  • •Experience assessing business or data use cases and understanding implications across the end-to-end data journey.
  • •Practical understanding of responsible AI principles, including human-in-the-loop judgement, review, and escalation for AI-enabled approaches.
