Job Function: Laboratory & Clinical Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely perform highway labor tasks: prepare ground surfaces, remove debris, operate ground compactors, set string markers, and prepare fencing/barricades.
  • •Assist with asphalt work: walk behind paver machine to shovel/rake asphalt, level asphalt, and dig out manhole covers and water valve boxes; clean tools/equipment daily.
  • •Support utility labor tasks: prepare trenches, dig up existing pipes/lines, attach pipes to chains/guide wires, guide pipes into place, and connect pipes/joints.
  • •Maintain and support crusher operations: perform machinery maintenance/repairs, change screens/rollers/cone liners, repair conveyors, and grease moving parts.
  • •Support plant operations: participate in THINK/TRACK and safety meetings, stockpile and feed hot plant materials, maintain equipment in safe working order, perform seasonal start/shutdown tasks, and assist with plant setup/take down.
