Job Summary

Operate excavating and dozing equipment to support construction and paving projects at job sites. Ensure safe work practices by following safety policies, OSHA/MSHA requirements, and PPE guidance. Assist the construction/paving crew with site tasks such as leveling materials, signaling equipment operators, and placing traffic control devices. Follow manager directions for daily tasks, report problems, and may use small power tools as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure a safe work environment by following safety policies, procedures, and using appropriate tools/equipment.
•Follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures.
•Assist construction/paving crew duties including shoveling, raking, running a wheelbarrow, and other site tasks.
•Signal operators to facilitate alignment and movement of materials; follow manager directions for daily tasks.
•Assist with placement, moving, and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones, and other traffic control devices.

Key Requirements
