Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead demand planning for the Americas, accountable for forecasting, stock management, and service delivery.
  • •Represent the demand signal in the monthly S&OP process and drive alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Supply Planning.
  • •Track and report forecast accuracy and bias by SKU/category, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Own and maintain demand planning systems and master data (e.g., FuturMaster) to ensure forecast integrity and process efficiency.
  • •Forecast inventory and maintain proper inventory levels by reviewing weeks of supply, sell-through, and trends; support launch planning and retailer OTB/RTV processes.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in demand/inventory planning, inventory analysis, merchandise planning, replenishment analysis, or related roles, ideally in beauty or FMCG.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, forecasting functions) and experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • •Ability to manage/mine data from multiple sources to create forecasts and statistical reports.
  • •Experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional partners; Sephora experience and FuturMaster experience are a plus.
