Job Summary

Lead global initiatives that drive enterprise customer adoption of Atlassian Cloud Platform, Strategy Collection, and AI solutions. Manage and develop a team of Customer Success Architects, helping customers implement offerings and realize value at scale. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to identify adoption opportunities, ensure security and implementation considerations, and improve satisfaction and operational efficiency through strategic planning and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•8+ years in customer success, consulting, or SaaS implementation, including at least 2 years leading teams managing large-scale, billable services portfolios.
•A strong foundation in enterprise SaaS technologies, cloud platforms, and technical adoption within a business context.
•Proven experience leading teams and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
•Hands-on technical knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem, including technical product demonstration skills and familiarity with modern development and integration approaches.
