Job Summary

Provide technical service and support for Philips Medical Imaging equipment across Southern Brazil, ensuring maximum performance and equipment uptime. As a Field Service Engineer, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting for X-ray, CT, MRI, and interventional X-ray systems. You’ll partner with hospitals and global support teams to diagnose complex issues, execute repairs, and improve customer experience while meeting quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver technical support, preventive and corrective maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting for Philips Medical Imaging systems.
•Diagnose complex technical issues with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and remote support teams, then perform repairs.
•Support imaging technologies including X-ray, CT, MRI, and interventional X-ray while ensuring compliance with Philips quality standards and regulatory requirements.
•Maximize equipment uptime and ensure reliable, high-quality service to improve customer experience and service delivery.
•Work from the Cascavel, Paraná base and travel approximately 70% to support customers across the assigned territory.

Key Requirements

•Experience as a Field Service Engineer or Field Service Technician supporting large medical imaging equipment such as X-ray, CT, MRI, or Interventional X-ray systems.
•Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, installation, customer service, problem-solving, and technical diagnostic skills.
•Intermediate English required to work with technical documentation, training materials, and global support teams.
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
•Active CREA registration.
