Job Summary

Contribute to store sales and KPI targets as part of the stockroom team by processing deliveries, tagging and storing stock correctly, and replenishing sales floors. Maintain merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping standards to create an easy-to-shop environment. Support customer service by completing fast, accurate transactions, minimizing loss, and serving as a passionate adidas brand ambassador. Deputise for the stockroom manager when absent and complete compulsory training.

•Complete sales transactions quickly and accurately while following cash protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•Preferably 1-2 months’ experience in sports/fashion retail in a customer-focused environment.
•Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills.
•Stockroom experience is desirable.
•Ability to complete compulsory training programs and apply learning on the job.
•Comfort working within store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
