Key Responsibilities

•Own program vision, strategy, and delivery approach across multiple interdependent projects, ensuring full lifecycle ownership from initiation through closure.
•Establish governance and PMO controls (e.g., Program Board, SteerCo, RAID management, stage gates, reporting cadence) and ensure compliance with internal delivery frameworks.
•Serve as the senior accountable interface for executive customer stakeholders, leading complex engagement across clinical, operational, and technology domains.
•Own program financial performance, including revenue/margin/forecasting, invoicing/receivables tracking, and support commercial activities like bids and RFP responses.
•Manage program risks, quality assurance, and resilience/continuity planning, explicitly addressing patient safety, cybersecurity, data protection, interoperability, and regulatory compliance.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 165,830 - 243,141.8 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 15 years of experience delivering complex programs and/or managed services in enterprise environments.
•Proven experience managing large-scale, high-risk, multi-stream programs with strong executive customer leadership.
•Demonstrated expertise in data center infrastructure, private cloud, and hybrid cloud environments.
•Strong understanding of governance, PMO frameworks, and financial management, including delivery under SLAs and contractual frameworks.
•Healthcare knowledge including HIPAA/HITECH, patient safety considerations, interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7), and clinical systems; bachelor’s required and PMP certification required.
