Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•New Business Line Development: Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Flow’s ownership products (condos, new developments). Build the business case, identify target markets, and sequence the rollout.
•Executive Partnership: Work directly with Flow’s top leaders as a strategic thought partner—not just executing their vision, but shaping it. Bring data, options, and recommendations to the table.
•Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate across sales, marketing, product, and operations to deliver against milestones. Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and keep velocity high.
•Market & Competitive Intelligence: Develop a deep understanding of the condo and new development landscape—buyer behavior, developer relationships, competitive positioning, and regulatory considerations.
•Operating Model Design: Stand up the processes, tools, and team structure needed to run ownership as a scalable business unit within Flow.
•Revenue Accountability: Own pipeline development metrics and early revenue targets for the ownership vertical. Report progress and adjust strategy based on what the data shows.
•Stakeholder Communication: Keep leadership and cross-functional partners aligned through clear, concise updates. Translate complexity into decisions.
