Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with front-line leaders to strengthen employee relations, improve engagement and morale, enhance productivity, and support retention and culture.
  • •Serve as the primary HR resource for manufacturing employees and operations leadership for coaching, conduct/corrective action, policy interpretation, investigations, and complaint resolution.
  • •Analyze workforce trends, metrics, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement in retention, turnover, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • •Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, oversee recruiting and pre-employment assessments, partner with staffing agencies, and ensure compliance with employment requirements and Affirmative Action goals.
  • •Partner with Learning & Development and HR experts to deliver programs and provide HR policy guidance while supporting employee communications and workplace safety initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • •Minimum of five years of progressive human resources experience, including employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and safety.
  • •Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices related to employee and labor relations.
  • •Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and credibility with supervisors, managers, and key stakeholders.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and coach leaders in a manufacturing environment.
