Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert travel consultation as a “Travel Master,” advising Card Members on top destinations worldwide.
  • •Create memorable travel experiences by booking leisure travel with a focus on Spain and international air, car, and hotel arrangements.
  • •Manage and develop relationships with travel suppliers to ensure premium Card Member experiences.
  • •Ensure end-to-end ownership of the Card Member experience and efficient completion of requests to drive first-contact resolution.
  • •Stay ahead of industry trends, gather and share local content via knowledge platforms, and support requests with up-to-date insider knowledge and access.

Key Requirements

  • •Travel industry experience or luxury/premium customer service knowledge, including at least 1 year of recent experience in a customer-facing premium/luxury service or OTA environment.
  • •Strong destination knowledge with the ability to build relationships with local suppliers of exclusive premium luxury events, dining, and experiences.
  • •Fluent Spanish (spoken and written) and high proficiency in English, with strong customer service and communication skills for phone calls and email.
  • •Customer-focused rapport-building skills to identify call-to-call needs and confidently match products/services to exceed expectations.
  • •Ability to use systems and research tools effectively, including GDS or computer reservations experience (preferred).
