Sales Associate (Ochtrup, North Rhine Westphalia, DE)

Deliver exceptional in-store service and support daily retail operations as a Sales Associate. Educate consumers on Crocs products, promotions, and events while using the C.H.A.R.M. service model. Assist across store departments including product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management, and help maintain POS, replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, and cleanliness standards—while collaborating with Store Management on sales performance and asset protection.
