Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and file office reports generated within the office, including budget forecasting, daily and weekly volume reports, overtime reports, and correspondence.
  • •Order equipment and supplies as needed to support office and operational needs.
  • •Receive, process, and route incoming and outgoing correspondence for the office; serve as receptionist when required.
  • •Code and process invoices through the company’s bill-paying system and ensure accurate completion and reporting of timesheets.
  • •Maintain filing systems and safety/regulatory handbooks, assist with compliance, and help schedule employee training and travel arrangements.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •At least two years of experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent office experience.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with emphasis on Excel.

  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
