Serve as the primary customer point of contact while driving inside sales through inbound lead follow-up and outbound outreach. You’ll provide product information, qualify and route opportunities, prepare quotes, and upsell/cross-sell based on customer needs. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and live chat, while accurately entering and maintaining orders, customer profiles, and pipeline data in ERP/CRM systems to support timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage customers to understand needs, provide product information, and support purchasing decisions.
•Identify new sales opportunities via inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails, including upsell and cross-sell.
•Qualify leads and route significant opportunities to Outside Sales Representatives; prepare timely price quotes and availability.
•Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, resolving issues and processing returns/credits as needed.
•Accurately enter and verify customer orders in ERP/CRM, track order status, and maintain customer profiles and sales pipeline data.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing preferred.
•2+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer service, or a related administrative role.
•Proficient in Office and CRM software (Oracle Cloud and Google Workspace advantageous).
•Exceptional verbal and written communication with a strong professional phone presence.
•Ability to input data quickly and accurately with high attention to detail.
