Own individual tasks and small-scale automation within CI/CD pipelines, partnering with senior engineers to learn the team’s infrastructure and help ensure products are built, tested, and deployed reliably. Manage AWS EC2 and VPC networking, troubleshoot failing builds in GitHub Actions or Bamboo, contribute to Infrastructure as Code, and support operational reliability through runbooks, dashboards/logs, and incident triage. Help with basic security configuration, including vulnerability scanning.

•Implement small-scale automation within team CI/CD pipelines.

•Assist with developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules, templates, and runbooks/technical documentation.
•Support operational reliability by configuring basic dashboards/logs/alert thresholds and triaging minor production or pipeline incidents, escalating as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 90,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•1–2+ years of experience in DevOps, IT operations, or a similar technical role.
•Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell.
•Foundational understanding of Docker containerization.
•Basic understanding of AWS infrastructure (EC2, VPC, Security Groups) and familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Bamboo.
