Job Summary

Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers while providing an excellent, customer-facing experience. Load and unload vehicles, inspect equipment to ensure safe operation, complete customer paperwork, and document thorough notes in the customer tracking system. Drive safely to maintain a clean record in line with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy. Work 11am–9pm with rotating days off and opportunities for performance-based pay growth and incentives.

•Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions.
•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
•Requires reaching, twisting, kneeling, crouching, climbing, balancing, and squatting, plus ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
•Must obtain (or be able to obtain) a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days; role also requires passing a drug test and obtaining a DOT Medical Card.
