Manage technical due diligence, risk evaluation, and customer champion development across sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand the customer’s technological environment and align Field Service capabilities to business objectives.
•Translate complex business requirements into solution architectures and execution roadmaps leveraging Field Service, asset management, and mobility capabilities.
•Lead technical design sessions, including workflow design and documentation aligned to client goals.
•Deliver executive-level product demonstrations and communicate the technical value and differentiation of Field Service solutions.
•Conduct technical due diligence and manage risk assessment processes for complex mobile and planning deployments.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in software pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture with a focus on Field Service, asset management, or mobile workforce management.
•Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
•In-depth expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including mobile capabilities, optimization of scheduling, and asset management configuration.
•Proven ability to design and present end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise-scale complex deployments.
•Experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating business needs into architectures and roadmaps.
