Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand the customer’s technological environment and align Field Service capabilities to business objectives.
  • •Translate complex business requirements into solution architectures and execution roadmaps leveraging Field Service, asset management, and mobility capabilities.
  • •Lead technical design sessions, including workflow design and documentation aligned to client goals.
  • •Deliver executive-level product demonstrations and communicate the technical value and differentiation of Field Service solutions.
  • •Conduct technical due diligence and manage risk assessment processes for complex mobile and planning deployments.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in software pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical architecture with a focus on Field Service, asset management, or mobile workforce management.
  • •Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •In-depth expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL), including mobile capabilities, optimization of scheduling, and asset management configuration.
  • •Proven ability to design and present end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise-scale complex deployments.
  • •Experience leading technical discovery sessions and translating business needs into architectures and roadmaps.
