Key Responsibilities

  • •Set global vision, strategy, and a multi-year roadmap for Lifecycle Marketing as a global practice.
  • •Own the end-to-end lifecycle offering, including use cases, value proposition, solution architecture, and client solutions across industries and regions.
  • •Build a productized, repeatable portfolio covering acquisition, onboarding/activation, engagement, usage, retention, reactivation, and loyalty.
  • •Partner with Product, Data, and Technology teams to integrate AI capabilities and differentiated Visa assets with campaign execution.
  • •Drive commercialization by developing sales plays and enablement, improving win rates, accelerating time to revenue, scaling adoption, and establishing commercial objectives and performance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of work experience with a bachelor’s degree (or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 8+ years with a PhD).
  • •15+ years of progressive marketing leadership with deep expertise in lifecycle/CRM/performance/growth marketing or customer engagement/marketing technology.
  • •Experience building and scaling a new practice or productized, platform-enabled capability into sustainable revenue growth.
  • •Fluency in data-driven marketing: segmentation, personalization, measurement/analytics, experimentation, and optimization, including AI applied to marketing workflows.
  • •Strong commercial orientation and client-facing experience advising C-suite executives, influencing in a complex matrix environment.
