Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive vehicles through auction lanes on sale day in a safe manner.
  • •Transport vehicles to and from auction premises and customer dealerships/businesses while following driving rules and courtesy/defensive driving principles.
  • •Line up and park vehicles in the correct order as directed, move vehicles as necessary, and locate “lost” vehicles.
  • •Assist with vehicle issues as needed, including inflating tires and jump-starting using a battery box and air tank; notify appropriate teams when inoperative or out of gas.
  • •Assist customers and coworkers as needed and follow all safety and health procedures; perform other duties as assigned by management.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving skills.
  • •Ability to enter/exit vehicles constantly and walk long distances.

  • •Vision abilities required including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • •Preferred: high school diploma (or equivalent) and ability to drive standard and automatic transmissions; previous auction experience.
