Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the ML model lifecycle including training pipelines, model registry, deployment, monitoring, and guardrails.
  • •Build and maintain ML CI/CD for automated testing, evaluation, and promotion across environments.
  • •Drive observability for AI services (latency tracking, drift detection, cost monitoring, alerting) and establish SLOs/SLIs with incident response.
  • •Lead and grow the ML infrastructure and model operations team, providing hands-on coaching and performance feedback.
  • •Manage integrations with frontier model providers (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google) including routing, load balancing, fallback strategies, and reporting via AI analytics dashboards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
  • •7+ years software engineering and/or Machine Learning, including 2+ years as an Engineering Manager.
  • •Experience with ML pipeline orchestration tools such as ClearML, Kubeflow, Airflow, or similar.
  • •Hands-on background with Kubernetes, microservices, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • •Track record improving reliability/availability for production ML systems and managing senior individual contributors.
