Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full project management services and on-site construction oversight to deliver client objectives.
  • •Advise at strategic project conception stage and oversee procurement of resources.
  • •Own contract and budget for direct contracts and coordinate Project Execution Plans.
  • •Proactively manage risks related to construction execution and QA/QC, coordinating with the client PM and GC actions.
  • •Coordinate RFI/Submittal processes, prepare meeting minutes and documentation for progress meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
  • •Engineering or Architecture degree.
  • •Proven track record as a Lead Project Manager, a specialist in performance measurement and analysis and delivering successful solutions for clients.
  • •PMI certification is a plus.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish, to conduct meetings, create reports, and do presentations.
