Key Responsibilities

•Administer, maintain, patch, secure, and troubleshoot Linux/UNIX systems and applications.
•Support Red Hat Enterprise Linux and related services including BIND DNS, DNSSEC, ACAS, Splunk, Syslog, Apache, Ansible, YUM, SMTP relay, and ServiceNow.
•Maintain STIG, DoD PKI, ESS, and other cybersecurity compliance across assigned systems.
•Review system logs, ACAS scans, vulnerabilities, and ServiceNow tickets daily and resolve identified issues.
•Develop scripts/automation (including Kickstart deployment files and ServiceNow workflows), perform backups/restorations and continuity testing, and update documentation.

Key Requirements

•Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

•Minimum of three years of experience managing, supporting, patching, backing up, and restoring Linux/UNIX systems and applications in a Department of Defense environment.
•Experience securing systems and applications per federal and DoD regulations, directives, policies, and STIGs.
