Team Leader – Corporate & Syndication Loans – FTC Ops

Lead end-to-end operations for corporate working capital and trade finance loan facilities, ensuring accurate, error-free disbursement, settlement, amendments, reconciliation, testing, and monitoring. Follow agreed product programs, process notes, SOPs, and documentation while reviewing credit proposals and agreements. Own daily reconciliation across systems, manage UAT observations/defects, coordinate stakeholder exceptions, and prevent revenue leakage through correct rates, charges, and accounting accruals.
