Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine preventive and predictive maintenance on field instruments.
  • •Troubleshoot instrumentation and control system failures; repair and replace defective instruments and control components.
  • •Install, calibrate, and test instruments including pressure transmitters, flow meters, level transmitters, temperature instruments, and analyzers (conductivity, pH, chlorine, turbidity).
  • •Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, RTU, HMI, SCADA, DCS, and control panels; support commissioning and startup activities.
  • •Maintain calibration records and maintenance reports; perform loop checking, signal verification, and support control valve testing and tuning.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Technical Certificate in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Technology.
  • •Knowledge of PROFIBUS communication protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
  • •Experience with PROFIBUS-based process instrumentation such as pressure transmitters, level transmitters, differential pressure transmitters, and electromagnetic flowmeters (EMF).
  • •Knowledge of Festo panels, Siemens PLCs, and Yokogawa CENTUM VP DCS, plus ability to work with diagnostic and calibration tools.
  • •Hands-on experience with analyzer instrumentation (e.g., chlorine, pH, ORP, hardness, conductivity) and the ability to read control wiring diagrams, I/O lists, and P&IDs.
