Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the GCOO/COO function to oversee the risk and control portfolio related to technology services.
  • •Lead a specialist control team supporting Technology Infrastructure controls and compliance with controls including third-party and cyber requirements.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on operational risk, including risk assessments, control environment, issues management, and audits.
  • •Continuously improve the control environment and monitoring by providing risk and control knowledge, insights, and leading improvements in behaviors and decision-making.
  • •Advise and design practical, commercially viable processes and controls, identifying trends and providing updates on policy/projects impacting operational risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong hands-on experience with IT infrastructure and technology control capabilities, including 1/2/3LOD control management functions.
  • •Strong hands-on experience and subject matter expertise managing operational risk, non-financial risk, and/or technology & cyber risk.
  • •Experience across Data, IT, Risk Management, and/or Audit roles involving management of diverse risk types is desirable.
  • •Experience identifying, defining, and solving problems impacting your work or the wider business.
  • •Proven track record delivering process improvement and commitments made.
