Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide effective leadership for manufacturing operations in all plants, including EHS, employee engagement, production goals, efficiency, cost out, and quality.
  • •Monitor and adjust volume and quality of output to meet production specifications and ensure resources are used efficiently.
  • •Implement and lead Lean culture, Operational Excellence, best practices, and continuous improvement within the screw chiller plant to improve product quality and process efficiency.
  • •Prepare production reports and compile operations records (yield, scrap, maintenance costs) to identify and resolve performance problems.
  • •Prepare capex, expense, and headcount budgets; set KPIs aligned with business growth and coordinate program requirements and cross-functional interfaces, including PSS collaboration and tech transfer/COD projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or related field (or equivalent).
  • •At least 10 years of managerial experience in manufacturing or production operations.
  • •Knowledge of Lean basics and VSA.
  • •Knowledge and experience with Lean or other manufacturing efficiency concepts.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; fluency in English required (Chinese communication advantage).
