Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and implementation of customized SAP solutions, software integrations, enhancements, and extensions.
  • •Develop and maintain SAP applications using ABAP and related SAP development tools/frameworks, supporting complex analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support.
  • •Serve as the primary technical leader for SAP development by establishing development standards, performing design reviews, and guiding architecture and modernization decisions.
  • •Architect and support integrations between SAP and enterprise/cloud platforms using APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and third-party applications.
  • •Provide technical leadership across monitoring/observability, security controls, troubleshooting, and Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, automated testing, and knowledge transfer to production support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience (or equivalent education and software engineering training/experience).
  • •In-depth knowledge of information systems and ability to apply IT best practices.
  • •Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function.
  • •College degree in a related field (preferred) with broader experience in SAP development teams.
