Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor execution of HSE activities on a project to ensure requirements are met and continually monitor site activity.
  • •Develop and implement field emergency response procedures and evacuation plans to enable safe evacuation.
  • •Provide HSE training to workers (including incident prevention and first aid) and run toolbox talks and monthly orientations on accident reporting and emergencies.
  • •Identify hazards and unsafe conditions daily, raise observation reports, record corrective measures, and address/report violations with recommendations.
  • •Prepare and communicate written risk assessments, ensure inspections and logs for mobile plant, gears, HSE equipment, fire extinguishers, and site tools are completed, and deliver daily/weekly/monthly HSE performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience with 3 years relevant HSE experience (2 years GCC experience is a plus).
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards to ensure compliance with local laws.
  • •Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses and developing mitigation strategies.
  • •Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills) and ability to develop and deliver HSE training programs.
