Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform Spinner and auxiliary equipment installation, including hardware and product qualification.
  • •Lead next-generation technology node transfer, creating recipes, SOPs, and BKMs.
  • •Coordinate vendor and internal teams in daily tactical meetings and weekly equipment metric reviews to support improvement plans.
  • •Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide technical solutions to equipment-related defect, quality, and yield problems.
  • •Analyze and report tool performance metrics (availability, MTTR, MTBF, particle/defect trends) and provide weekend coverage as needed (~12 weeks/year).

Key Requirements
