Key Responsibilities

•Provide quoting and deal structuring support to the global sales team by developing in-depth knowledge of licensing and pricing models.
•Act as a point of contact and SME for Sales on deal pricing matters while negotiating with customers as needed.
•Resolve customer satisfaction issues following deal execution and ensure adherence to internal controls and business rules.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, contracts, sales operations, order management, revenue, finance and product management to support deals.
•Identify and build AI-powered automations to improve deal desk efficiency and scale operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 68,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience including sales operations, finance, sales strategy, and sales enablement
•2+ years of experience with deal structuring/quoting complex SaaS transactions for a fast-growing multinational company
•Working knowledge of revenue recognition principles
•Comfortable representing the company to customers in negotiations and resolving customer satisfaction issues
•Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
