Job Summary

Provide legal counsel for KSA operations, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements such as MSAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs, SLAs, and procurement contracts. Advise on real estate transaction structures and customer documentation, support corporate governance and entity management, and handle employment law matters under KSA Labour Law. Partner with business, product, operations, HR, and finance on compliance topics including data privacy, AML/CTF, and consumer protection, coordinating with external counsel and regulators.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, SaaS agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, SLAs, referral agreements, procurement contracts, and real estate transaction documentation.
•Advise on real estate legal matters for property transactions, including reviewing transaction structures and related customer and broker documentation.
•Support KSA corporate governance and entity management, including CR renewals, MISA licensing, regulatory filings, PoAs, shareholder resolutions, board resolutions, AoAs, and MoAs.
•Provide practical legal advice to business, product, operations, HR, and finance teams on commercial and operational matters.
•Handle employment law and regulatory/compliance matters, including employment contracts, disputes under KSA Labour Law, and compliance areas such as data privacy, AML/CTF, and consumer protection.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years PQE with strong experience in corporate, commercial, and real estate law.
•Experience advising on KSA legal and regulatory matters.
•Strong understanding of commercial contracts, corporate governance, licensing, employment-related matters, and real estate transaction documentation.
•Arabic and English fluency is mandatory, including strong legal drafting capabilities in Arabic.
•Prior experience in a law firm and/or a fast-paced startup, tech, fintech, proptech, or real estate environment is highly preferred.
