•Provide tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
•Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
•Keep up with the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to deliver relevant advice.
•Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 18.85 - 23.55 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience delivering excellent service and building strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to thrive as a team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
•Ability to quickly learn and absorb product knowledge; physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
