Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the workflow of designated performers on the event grounds or at a set location.
  • •Ensure team well-being and hydration by carrying water and necessary items for performers.
  • •Keep performer teams on schedule, monitoring break times and time-out performances.
  • •Coordinate between performer teams and stage managers to coordinate performance access.
  • •Navigate performers through crowds, understand the site footprint, and complete rotations of designated checkpoints throughout events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.5 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years of age or older.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • •Must have open availability on event days with no conflicting bookings or employment shifts.
  • •Be willing to work evening and weekend hours and travel to events as required.
  • •Have a clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and car insurance (personal vehicle may be required).
