Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead plant financial planning (budgets, forecasts, profit plans, strategic plans) and performance reporting.
  • •Provide financial guidance to the Plant Manager and leadership team to support cost control and operational decisions.
  • •Monitor and analyze financial/operational results, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions to improve performance.
  • •Ensure compliant, accurate financial reporting in line with corporate policies, US GAAP, SOX, and local statutory requirements.
  • •Manage internal controls and capital investment evaluations; oversee budgeting, product costing, reconciliations, and lead/develop the finance team.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
  • •Minimum 9 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • •Strong knowledge of US GAAP and local statutory accounting requirements.
  • •Ability to lead, develop, and support finance processes including budgeting, product costing, reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews.
