Key Requirements

  • •8+ years as an engineer on an infrastructure or related team shipping products for developers.
  • •4+ years of experience managing people, including hiring, mentorship, and performance management.
  • •Strong ability to design systems and engage deeply in architecture and engineering tradeoffs.
  • •Experience with open source technologies supporting internal platform tools, build/deploy systems, CI/CD, observability, or configuration management.
