Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve client issues and inquiries professionally, escalating as necessary.
  • •Maintain account procedures to prepare and audit sale vehicle run processes, including run order, notice, repairs, charge posting, reporting, and invoicing.
  • •Monitor vehicle sales processes and coordinate with lane auctioneers, managers, mechanic shops, and operations to ensure efficient preparation and representation on initial runs and re-runs.
  • •Examine vehicles using Auto Check to verify inventory specifications; identify missing vehicles and coordinate imaging and announcements.
  • •Coordinate transportation, redemptions, title receipt, invoicing, and collections while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination (including 5 years’ experience).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred.

  • •Ability to build strong business relationships; problem solving and de-escalation skills.
  • •Strong organizational skills; Salesforce, AS400, Workbench, and Excel knowledge preferred.
