Key Responsibilities

  • •Check delivery routes for the day.
  • •Load and prepare your van, ensuring orders are ready for efficient delivery to customers.
  • •Complete vehicle safety checks and maintain full road compliance and health & safety.
  • •Provide great customer service while acting as a Waitrose brand ambassador on the road.
  • •Support the wider shop team with general shopkeeping tasks when not out on deliveries.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 14.31 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older to work in this role.
  • •Hold a full valid B-Category UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • •Provide great customer service and build rapport with customers.
  • •Show strong time-management skills.
  • •Be able to cope with the physical requirements (e.g., lifting crates and moving cages) and work independently when needed.
